Last night was fun, we took the girls for SnoBalls.....YUM,YUM,YUM! Ok, if you like SnoCones, you will LOVE SnoBalls. It's the Best TREAT!!! Only New Orleans has them.

Now for all you sno cone lovers you must understand that a snow ball is not shaved ice but ice ground so fine it is like real sno - soft and moist and thenwhen you add the syrup it comes in at least 50 different flavors and if you combine the flavors probably over 100 different flavors and the you add evaporated millk or how about condensed milk?? Chocolate syrup or ice cream - ummm - I think I'd better run and get to the snowball stand - yeah that's what we call them here, they are just a little hut set up with an ice machine with a special blade and all that syrup and fixings - and you can only get them in the summer. I'm told they make lots and lots of money (cash only, but they are only a dollar to two dollars a piece) - ya think I can make a go of this in Georgia???
