Happy 4th of July

I just realized that is after midnight, HAPPY 4TH everyone!!! I hope everyone has a safe and blessed day! We will be spending our day fun filled with family and later on with good friends. I will post more after all the fun.

The first of the fireworks

Well, tonight was the first of the fireworks for us this weekend. We headed to Kennesaw with JoJo to see John's aunt and uncle in downtown. There was all kinds of stuff to do including a band tribute to Journey. I was really excited about that. I love some good music! We had a blast, the kids LOVED it, and the fireworks were awesome(sorry that the pictures of the fireworks did not turn out good at all). Thank you Tina and David for inviting us!! It was great to see yo and spend some time together.

"My Thursday Thirteen"

1. I love routines in the summer. Pool here we come!! I LOVE to sit in the sun.
   
2. I miss my friend Ashley this summer.
   
3. My hubby is off tomorrow, can't wait to spend time with him.
   
4. I love my hubby, he is so good to me and the girls.
   
5. I am ready for the weekend to be here.
   
6. I looking forward to spending time with some friends tomorrow.
7. I need to get to the pool so my girls can calm down! They are all over the house.
8. We have rearranged some rooms in my house and I love it!
9. I really wish house work would go away for a day so I could sit in my sunroom and read a book all day.
10. I love this book I am reading and can not wait to finish it.
11. Why are girls so physical when they fight thought that was a boy thing.
12. This is my first Thursday Thirteen.
13. I am nervous about my oldest daughter Savannah going away to camp for the first time. She is sooo... pumped about it!

This sign was posted up on JoJo's door to welcome her home from her mission trip to Honduras. The girls and a good friend Christi, made this sign while I was out one day. Savannah made the welcome home JoJo part all by herself(with Mrs. Christi's help) and each of the little girls made a sign underneath. Christi YOU ROCK!! Thank you again for watching my girls.

Good Times

Today was such an awesome day! We spent the day with some great friends at the pool. I miss this group of friends soo.. much. Thank you Heidi for letting us hang out with you at your pool. I don't have a lot of time to blog right now so I will post some random pictures from the last two weeks later on. (since I have been out of touch) More on that later.

Belated Birthday to Taelynn

I am so behind on blogging, I said that I would post random pix of the last two weeks then in looking at the pictures I realized....oops..... I forgot to post anything for my baby's birthday. HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY TAELYNN!! I can not believe my baby is three years old already. We went to McDonalds for her little party, she invited 4 little friends and they played for two hours. It was a good time and oh my goodness, so easy!! Jasper wants hers there too, I think we might just do that. Anyway these are some of the pictures from Taelynn's big day.

My Favorite Thing to do in the Summer

Okay, here it is! Hollie asked this question about the summer and my answer is-I LOVE our road trips to New Orleans, and the stops along the way. My girls gotta get a cajun fix every now and then!!!
